Se encuentra en cada rinc\u00f3n de nuestra empresa, moldeando nuestra forma de trabajar y nuestras interacciones cotidianas. Hoy, comparto con vosotr@s mis reflexiones m\u00e1s recientes sobre el poder que ejerce en la consecuci\u00f3n de nuestro prop\u00f3sito y en la forma en que experimentamos en nuestra organizaci\u00f3n &#x1f680;&#x1f4aa;&#x2764;&#xfe0f;. Se encuentra en cada rinc\u00f3n de nuestra empresa, influenciando nuestra forma de trabajar y relacionarnos en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember707\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\">Desde mi experiencia como consultora y entusiasta de la innovaci\u00f3n organizacional, he aprendido que la magia de la cultura corporativa radica en la consciencia que le otorguemos. Algunas organizaciones son plenamente conscientes de su cultura; la definen con claridad, declaran su prop\u00f3sito, valores y principios, y, adem\u00e1s, trabajan activamente en moldearla y cultivarla. En esencia, las personas en esas organizaciones son arquitectos y arquitectas de su propio destino organizacional. Otras, en cambio, han presenciado c\u00f3mo su cultura se ha ido forjando a lo largo del tiempo, con las personas que han pasado por all\u00ed, las experiencias vividas y los desaf\u00edos compartidos. Ahora bien, aunque no haya habido una intenci\u00f3n consciente, esa cultura nacida de forma org\u00e1nica, tambi\u00e9n es una fuerza igual de poderosa.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember708\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\">Lo fascinante es que todas las organizaciones, conscientes o no, tienen una cultura. En otras palabras, todas poseen valores, principios y una forma particular de interactuar tanto dentro como fuera de la empresa.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember709\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0\u00bfPodr\u00edas describir la cultura corporativa de tu organizaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember710\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\">Te animo a escribir c\u00f3mo es la cultura corporativa de la organizaci\u00f3n donde vives actualmente. Para que tengas m\u00e1s elementos, te invito a reflexionar con preguntas como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfPredomina el trabajo individual o en equipo?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 grado de apertura existe para la colaboraci\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfSe valora la transparencia o se tiende a la opacidad, tanto en lo interno como en lo externo?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfD\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo se toman las decisiones?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfLos horarios son flexibles o r\u00edgidos?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se considera un coste y qu\u00e9 una inversi\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 \u00e1reas de tu empresa se invierte la mayor parte del tiempo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember712\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\">A menudo, las personas que forman parte de una organizaci\u00f3n no pueden declarar en un inicio cu\u00e1l es su cultura corporativa. Sin embargo, la gran mayor\u00eda reconoce su influencia en los resultados que consiguen y su impacto en el ambiente de trabajo que est\u00e1 latente en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember713\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfHacia d\u00f3nde deber\u00edamos crecer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember714\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\">Afortunadamente, existen herramientas y modelos apasionantes que pueden ayudarte a elevar la conciencia sobre la cultura corporativa y brindarte orientaci\u00f3n para su desarrollo. Modelos como el &#8220;<em>Iceberg<\/em>&#8221; del psic\u00f3logo organizacional Edgar Schein o el enfoque de las &#8220;4 C&#8221;, pueden inspirarte en este viaje de descubrimiento. Tambi\u00e9n puedes explorar nuevos modelos organizacionales e incluso hacerlos destino. Me refiero a modelos como la Sociocracia 3.0, del cual describ\u00ed una de sus pr\u00e1cticas en un post reciente:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/el-principio-del-consentimiento-suficientemente-bueno-alicia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la elecci\u00f3n por consentimiento<\/a>. \u00a1Puede que te interese! Adem\u00e1s, me gustar\u00eda decirte que la estrategia de la innovaci\u00f3n, con su poder transformador, puede ser una valiosa aliada en este proceso.
