Sin embargo, otra manera de aprender a ser un buen l\u00edder en el \u00e1mbito de la innovaci\u00f3n es sabiendo aquello que NO se debe hacer.<\/p>\n<p>En el MIT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mit.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Massachusetts Institute of Technology <\/a>hemos analizado de qu\u00e9 modo los l\u00edderes pueden llegar a obstaculizar la innovaci\u00f3n y la creatividad en sus equipos e incluso destruir ambas.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, comparto contigo 4 de las principales maneras en que un l\u00edder puede hacer eso:<\/p>\n<h6>1.- L\u00edderes que penalizan el error<\/h6>\n<p>Muchos l\u00edderes castigan los desaciertos de sus equipos, gener\u00e1ndoles ansiedad, lo que es absolutamente contraproducente para innovar. Es importante que las personas se sientan seguras en un entorno que, lamentablemente, en demasiadas ocasiones podemos ver vulnerado por algunos l\u00edderes, que incluso les privan del tiempo necesario para innovar.<\/p>\n<h6>2. L\u00edderes que no hacen part\u00edcipe al equipo de los objetivos organizativos<\/h6>\n<p>Otros l\u00edderes no hacen part\u00edcipes a sus equipos de los objetivos de la empresa, de modo que \u00e9stos se sienten excluidos y dejan de mostrar inter\u00e9s por generar nuevas ideas que contribuyan al logro de los mismos.<\/p>\n<h6>3.- L\u00edderes que no dotan de recursos a sus equipos<\/h6>\n<p>Otros, a pesar de considerar obvia la necesidad de innovar, no dotan a sus equipos de la partida presupuestaria correspondiente para desarrollarla, lo que provoca que \u00e9stos vean mermada su capacidad y no se desarrolle correctamente un proceso de innovaci\u00f3n en la empresa.<\/p>\n<h6>4.- L\u00edderes que no conf\u00edan en sus equipos de siempre<\/h6>\n<p>Finalmente, algunos conf\u00edan sobre todo en las nuevas incorporaciones para innovar, dando por sentado que aqu\u00e9llos que llevan m\u00e1s tiempo en la empresa no van a ser capaces.
