Si ejerces un rol de\u00a0<strong>liderazgo\u00a0<\/strong>y necesitas fomentar la creatividad en tu equipo,\u00a0<strong>este post te interesa.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Como l\u00edder, debes saber que gran parte de la investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica ha definido la creatividad como\u00a0<strong>resultado de la producci\u00f3n de ideas nuevas y \u00fatiles sobre productos, servicios, procesos y <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/receta-para-elaborar-un-buen-brainstorming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">procedimientos<\/a><\/strong>, y estos resultados creativos pueden ir desde peque\u00f1as adaptaciones en el flujo de trabajo o en los productos hasta importantes avances y el desarrollo de nuevos productos o procesos. T\u00fa eres la persona m\u00e1s adecuada para determinar si el resultado de un empleado debe considerarse o no creativo, as\u00ed que lo primero que debes tener claro es de qu\u00e9 estamos hablando cuando hablamos de creatividad.<\/p>\n<p>Si ya lo tienes claro, ahora lo que debes saber es que existe una clara relaci\u00f3n entre\u00a0<strong>liderazgo, contexto y <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/como-no-fomentar-la-innovacion-y-la-creatividad-en-la-organizacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creatividad<\/a><\/strong>. A pesar de que la importancia de la creatividad puede ser distinta seg\u00fan las tareas o el trabajo que desempe\u00f1an tus equipos, estar\u00e1s de acuerdo en que hay espacio, en casi todos los trabajos, para que tus empleados sean m\u00e1s creativos, y que tu papel es asegurar el entorno de trabajo, el clima, la cultura y las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de personas adecuadas para que se d\u00e9 esa creatividad.<\/p>\n<h3>Esto es pues lo que te recomendamos:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.-<\/strong> Las personas necesitan sentir que est\u00e1n trabajando en un <strong>entorno de apoyo<\/strong>\u00a0y eso depende de los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, de los recursos de que se dispone, de la recompensa, del clima, pero\u00a0<strong>sobre todo de ti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica ha demostrado que aquellos factores que son m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos al trabajo diario de las personas tienen un efecto mayor y t\u00fa, como l\u00edder, eres el que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca de tu equipo y, por tanto, puedes tener un efecto m\u00e1s inmediato y cr\u00edtico en \u00e9l.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>2.-<\/strong> Si quieres que tu equipo sea creativo, <strong>d\u00edselo<\/strong>. \u00bfC\u00f3mo?
