Ser\u00e1 una historia corta porque s\u00f3lo tienen 13 a\u00f1os, as\u00ed que intentar\u00e9 hacer un ejercicio de imaginaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Mis hijos nacieron en Barcelona. Van a una escuela donde hay ni\u00f1os blancos, asi\u00e1ticos, musulmanes, latinoamericanos\u2026 que hablan catal\u00e1n, castellano, chino, \u00e1rabe\u2026 Ni\u00f1os con los que deber\u00e1n competir en su <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/las-8-caracteristicas-de-las-organizaciones-del-futuro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">futuro<\/a> laboral.<\/p>\n<p>La primera vez que cogieron un avi\u00f3n ten\u00edan 8 a\u00f1os y la primera que salieron del pa\u00eds, 9. J\u00falia toca el piano y Mart\u00ed el viol\u00edn. Hablan y entienden perfectamente el ingl\u00e9s y apenas hace 1 a\u00f1o empezaron con el franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Su mundo es un mundo lleno de\u00a0<strong>tecnolog\u00edas exponenciales que crecen a un ritmo que aumenta cada vez m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente<\/strong>. Esto quiere decir que, en el 2050, cuando tengan unos 40 a\u00f1os,\u00a0<strong>sus ordenadores tendr\u00e1n una capacidad de procesamiento equivalente a todos los cerebros de la Humanidad<\/strong>. Pero nuestras competencias se desarrollan de forma lineal, por lo que se est\u00e1 produciendo una\u00a0<strong>brecha significativa entre el crecimiento de las <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/robots-humanos-y-nosotras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tecnolog\u00edas<\/a> y el crecimiento de nuestro nivel competencial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En un mundo robotizado, las habilidades humanas ser\u00e1n como\u00a0<strong>las juntas t\u00f3ricas del Nobel de Econom\u00eda de 2019, Michel Kremer<\/strong>. Para los que no conozc\u00e1is su teor\u00eda, os la explico a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>En 1986, el transbordador espacial Challenger explot\u00f3 y se estrell\u00f3 contra la Tierra en menos de 2 minutos despu\u00e9s de despegar. La causa de este accidente result\u00f3 ser una junta t\u00f3rica de caucho de bajo coste en el cohete, que se hab\u00eda congelado la noche anterior. Esta sencilla junta t\u00f3rica de caucho marc\u00f3 la diferencia entre el \u00e9xito de la misi\u00f3n y la calamitosa muerte de los 7 astronautas. Una peque\u00f1a junta ten\u00eda mucho valor en aquella misi\u00f3n. Nuestras habilidades humanas son como esa junta t\u00f3rica:\u00a0<strong>cuantos m\u00e1s robots haya, m\u00e1s valor tendr\u00e1n las habilidades humanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hoy,\u00a0<strong>los expertos y pronosticadores son reacios a predecir cualquier cosa m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los 400 d\u00edas<\/strong>. Sabemos que habr\u00e1 m\u00e1s epidemias en el futuro, pero no sabemos d\u00f3nde ni cu\u00e1ndo ni cu\u00e1l.\u00a0<strong>No podemos planificar nada, pero s\u00ed podemos prepararnos<\/strong>. Se est\u00e1n desarrollando m\u00faltiples vacunas para m\u00faltiples enfermedades, sabiendo que no podemos predecir qu\u00e9 vacunas funcionar\u00e1n y qu\u00e9 enfermedades aparecer\u00e1n. Algunas de estas vacunas nunca se utilizar\u00e1n. Esto es ineficiente, pero es muy potente porque ofrece m\u00e1s opciones y no nos hace depender de una sola soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Imaginaci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/curiosidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">experimentaci\u00f3n<\/a>, creatividad, valent\u00eda<\/strong>\u2026 Estas habilidades son fuentes tremendas de fortaleza en una \u00e9poca impredecible. No son eficientes, es verdad, pero nos dan una capacidad ilimitada para la adaptaci\u00f3n al nuevo entorno y la invenci\u00f3n de cosas nuevas. Y\u00a0<strong>cuanto menos sepamos sobre el futuro, m\u00e1s necesitaremos estas habilidades humanas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 necesario dominar la habilidad de\u00a0<strong>aprender a aprende<\/strong>r, es decir, saber d\u00f3nde, cu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo aplicar el conocimiento y las habilidades aprendidas en diferentes contextos porque, en palabras del propio futur\u00f3logo norteamericano,\u00a0<strong>Alvin Toffler<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>el analfabeto del siglo XXI ser\u00e1 aqu\u00e9l que no haya aprendido a aprender<\/strong>. A partir de ahora ya no nos preguntar\u00e1n qu\u00e9 sabemos hacer, sino qu\u00e9 sabemos hacer con lo que sabemos (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Esta historia est\u00e1 inacabada. No s\u00e9 c\u00f3mo acabar\u00e1 la historia de J\u00falia i Mart\u00ed, la historia de muchas de las personas que me est\u00e1is leyendo. Lo que s\u00ed s\u00e9 es que los expertos dicen que en el 2022 se habr\u00e1n creado 133 millones de puestos de trabajo en todo el mundo.
