Nada especial. <strong>Son s\u00f3lo 3 historias que dividir\u00e9 en 3 post: pasado, presente y <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/las-8-caracteristicas-de-las-organizaciones-del-futuro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">futuro del trabajo<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La primera historia de hoy es sobre\u00a0<strong>mi padre<\/strong>, Antonio. Tiene 78 a\u00f1os. Apenas ten\u00eda 20 en la foto de cabecera de este post. Naci\u00f3 en un peque\u00f1o pueblo de Andaluc\u00eda llamado Cuevas de San Marcos. Cuando era peque\u00f1o viv\u00eda en el campo con su padre y sus 6 hermanos. Su madre falleci\u00f3 cuando el apenas ten\u00eda 14 a\u00f1os. Empez\u00f3 a trabajar en el campo de muy peque\u00f1o. Para ir a la escuela ten\u00eda que atravesar los campos de noche subido en un burro. En la escuela aprendi\u00f3 a leer, escribir y hacer las operaciones de matem\u00e1ticas m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas. Cuando hubo aprendido a hacer esto, dej\u00f3 de ir a la escuela y\u00a0<strong>nunca m\u00e1s volvi\u00f3<\/strong>. S\u00f3lo ten\u00eda 12 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando acabo el servicio militar en C\u00e1diz donde se encontr\u00f3 con el mar por primera vez, ya no volvi\u00f3 a su tierra. Se fue a Barcelona a buscar trabajo y pronto se incorpor\u00f3 a trabajar en una f\u00e1brica. Su trabajo en la cadena de montaje requer\u00eda\u00a0<strong>disciplina, concentraci\u00f3n en tareas repetitivas y cumplir con unos horarios, por lo cual en la f\u00e1brica buscaban personas que supieran cumplir \u00f3rdenes, que fueran puntuales y que trabajaran duro<\/strong>. Mi padre era un trabajador<strong>\u00a0obediente, infalible, que se adapt\u00f3 muy r\u00e1pidamente al trabajo<\/strong>, as\u00ed que le fue bastante bien. Ser un hombre eficiente, como lo era mi padre, era imprescindible en un\u00a0<strong>mundo predecible<\/strong>, un mundo donde\u00a0<strong>alguien sab\u00eda lo que iba a pasar y lo que se ten\u00eda que hacer y lo ense\u00f1aba al que no lo sab\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fue el mundo en el que el hombre lleg\u00f3 a la Luna en 1969. Aqu\u00e9l fue un hito muy complicado de conseguir. Se necesitaron muchos recursos humanos, materiales, financieros, tecnol\u00f3gicos, mucho conocimiento\u2026 pero cuando se tuvieron, el hombre pudo pisar la Luna.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando mi padre hizo 25 a\u00f1os que trabajaba en la f\u00e1brica, la empresa le regal\u00f3 un reloj de oro como premio a su\u00a0<strong>fidelidad\u00a0<\/strong>y a los 65 se\u00a0<strong>jubil\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>donde siempre hab\u00eda trabajado. Mi padre\u00a0<strong>jam\u00e1s se plante\u00f3 si le gustaba o no trabajar ah\u00ed<\/strong>. De hecho,\u00a0<strong>la palabra trabajo viene del lat\u00edn y significa tortura<\/strong>. As\u00ed que, supongo que mi padre, como muchos padres de la \u00e9poca, asumi\u00f3 que aqu\u00e9l era el precio que deb\u00eda pagar si quer\u00eda prosperar.
