Est\u00e1n creando un impacto <strong>10 veces mayor <\/strong>que otras empresas de su misma industria y lo est\u00e1n haciendo a una <strong>velocidad r\u00e9cord<\/strong>, con <strong>menor inversi\u00f3n y menos personas<\/strong> que las organizaciones tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p>Son las organizaciones del <strong>coste marginal 0 de <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jeremy_Rifkin\">Jeremy Riffkin<\/a><\/strong>, aqu\u00e9llas para las que producir una unidad adicional de un producto o servicio, el coste es 0<\/p>\n<p>Estas organizaciones act\u00faan como aut\u00e9nticos <strong><em>game changers<\/em><\/strong>, cambiando las reglas del juego de aquella industria donde desembarcan<\/p>\n<p>El pilar de estas organizaciones es su <strong>prop\u00f3sito<\/strong> transformador. No me voy a extender en este concepto, pues ya escrib\u00ed un <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/el-proposito\/el-proposito\/\">post monogr\u00e1fico<\/a> sobre \u00e9l hace tan solo unos meses. En las EXO\u2019s, el prop\u00f3sito se conoce bajo las siglas MTP, que significan <strong><em>Massive Transformation Purpose<\/em><\/strong>. Para estas organizaciones el <em>qu\u00e9<\/em> no es tan importante como el <em>para qu\u00e9<\/em>. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, el MTP de Google es \u201corganizar la informaci\u00f3n del mundo\u201d o el del Boston Children\u2019s Hospital es \u201chasta que todos los ni\u00f1os est\u00e9n bien\u201d. Como ves, se trata de prop\u00f3sitos muy inspiradores, que cuando un@ los lee autom\u00e1ticamente piensa \u201c\u00a1Carai! Esta empresa va a cambiar el mundo. Quiero formar parte de ella\u201d (\u00bfentiendes ahora por qu\u00e9 el talento quiere ir a trabajar ah\u00ed?).<\/p>\n<p>Las EXO\u2019s funcionan como si fueran un cerebro en toda regla. Combinan a la perfecci\u00f3n <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/curiosidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creatividad<\/a> y gesti\u00f3n de la incertidumbre<\/strong> que, de ser un humano, ambas se alojar\u00edan en el hemisferio derecho, con <strong>orden, control y estabilidad<\/strong>, propios del hemisferio izquierdo.<\/p>\n<p>Para conseguir ser creativas y gestionar la incertidumbre, las EXO\u2019s <strong>minimizan el personal<\/strong> a tiempo completo destin\u00e1ndolo a lo que es absolutamente cr\u00edtico del negocio, su core business, y subcontratan todo lo dem\u00e1s, trabajando con una buena cantidad de personal <strong><em>on demand<\/em><\/strong> (bajo demanda).<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edamos considerar que con ellas se cumple a la perfecci\u00f3n las predicciones que <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Charles_Handy\"><strong>Charles Handy<\/strong><\/a> hizo durante la primera d\u00e9cada de los 90 a trav\u00e9s de su famoso tr\u00e9bol.\u00a0 Recordemos que, a igual que la planta que le da nombre,\u00a0la organizaci\u00f3n de Handy constaba de tres partes o bloques:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>el n\u00facleo profesional<\/strong> o plantilla que aportaba el valor a\u00f1adido a la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/li>\n<li><strong>el margen contractual<\/strong> o los profesionales aut\u00f3nomos, colaboradores o empresas especializadas que prestan servicios de forma externalizada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>fuerza de trabajo flexible<\/strong> o personal que las compa\u00f1\u00edas incorporan de forma puntual, como\u00a0\u00a0refuerzo temporal de la plantilla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las EXO\u2019s construyen <strong>comunidades<\/strong> que orbitan constantemente a su alrededor. Cuando necesitan encontrar a las personas adecuadas, bien sean empleados, clientes, proveedores, etc\u2026 no tienen que buscar a nadie. Son\u00a0 los propios miembros de la comunidad que encuentran a la organizaci\u00f3n y hacen lo que \u00e9sta les pide.<\/p>\n<p>Estas organizaciones aprovechan todos los <strong>datos<\/strong> que generan y dise\u00f1an con ellos potentes <strong>algoritmos<\/strong> que les permiten <strong>escalar<\/strong> r\u00e1pidamente su negocio.<\/p>\n<p>El orden, el control y la estabilidad los consiguen <strong>personalizando y <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/inteligencia-colectiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">automatizando<\/a><\/strong> los procesos por los cuales interact\u00faan con los clientes y otras organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>cuadros de mando en tiempo real<\/strong> con todas las m\u00e9tricas esenciales de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y los empleados,\u00a0 que expresan los datos que generan, no son el <em>nice to have<\/em> que ser\u00edan en las organizaciones tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante el uso de metodolog\u00edas tipo Lean Startup, estas organizaciones prueban supuestos y <strong>experimentan<\/strong> constantemente.<\/p>\n<p>Sus equipos de trabajo se <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/inteligencia-colectiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>autogestionan<\/strong><\/a> y operan de forma descentralizada. Estas organizaciones permiten gestionar la <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n <\/strong>en tiempo real entre todos sus empleados. Esto facilita que las conversaciones y colaboraciones\u00a0 entre \u00e9stos sean m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles, r\u00e1pidas y organizadas y, en consecuencia, tambi\u00e9n la ejecuci\u00f3n de sus tareas.<\/p>\n<p>Como ves, podr\u00edamos considerar las ExO\u2019s\u00a0 como \u201clas organizaciones del futuro\u201d.
