Y es que nadie ve la viga de su ojo. Pero no se preocupen, este post no pretende ser un juicio a aqu\u00e9llos que se resisten, ya habr\u00e1 otros que les juzguen, si es que merecen ser juzgados. Al fin y al cabo, qui\u00e9n soy yo para tirar la primera piedra\u2026 S\u00ed, por el contrario, un ejercicio de empat\u00eda con quienes, como yo, han permanecido en un eterno letargo y hoy, cual marmota en primavera, se les saca de su madriguera para que despierten y empiecen a corretear por ese mundo tan complejo como si lo hubieran hecho toda su vida. <strong>\u00a1Un poco de comprensi\u00f3n, por favor!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de ahora, esos directivos dejar\u00e1n de liderar los proyectos, de tomar decisiones, de planificar y administrar los proyectos y sus equipos. Ahora ser\u00e1n\u00a0 product owners o scrum masters en proyectos que se desarrollan e implementan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de forma <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/pon-un-facilitador-en-tu-empresa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">colaborativa<\/a> y altamente productiva a trav\u00e9s de entregas parciales y regulares de producto\/servicio final, priorizadas en base al valor que tienen para su cliente interno o externo. Y dicen que esto les permitir\u00e1 adaptarte\u00a0r\u00e1pidamente a las necesidades cambiante de su cliente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser\u00e1n responsables de que se cumple con los requisitos del producto y deber\u00e1n ajustar y volver a priorizar el trabajo atrasado para adaptarse a los cambios o entrenar\u00e1n a los equipos y asegurar\u00e1n que se cumplan los procesos de Scrum, pero en cualquier caso no mandar\u00e1n sobre los equipos de trabajo, no les dir\u00e1n lo que tienen que hacer ni c\u00f3mo lo tienen que hacer. Participar\u00e1n en el Sprint Planning o en el daily Meeting o en el refinamiento o en la Retrospectiva o en el Sprint Review&#8230;.<strong> \u00a1Ser\u00e1n Agile!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como podemos pedir esto a nuestros managers y directivos si la mayor\u00eda de ellos vienen, o en el peor de los casos, est\u00e1n todav\u00eda en organizaciones donde el objetivo es vencer a la competencia, conseguir beneficios y crecimiento, donde se gestiona por objetivos, donde todav\u00eda se manda y controla sobre el qu\u00e9. Y ya no digamos a los que vienen o todav\u00eda est\u00e1n en empresas donde sus estructuras organizativas son aut\u00e9nticas pir\u00e1mides \u201cegipcias\u201d, donde se controla el qu\u00e9 y el c\u00f3mo, donde se valora la estabilidad y el futuro es una repetici\u00f3n del pasado, como bien las describe Laloux en su libro \u201cReinventing Organizations\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incluso es en algunas de estas organizaciones donde se pretende hacer Scrum y utilizar Kanban, pero eso no es una organizaci\u00f3n Agile. <strong>Eso es \u201chacer\u201d Agile<\/strong>. Puede ser quien piense que quiz\u00e1s si \u201chaces\u201d, \u201chaces\u201d, acabes \u201csiendo\u201d.
