Entonces \u00bfc\u00f3mo debe ser un buen empleado?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hace bastantes a\u00f1os, si le hubieran hecho esta pregunta a Gary Hammel, creador de la famosa <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/pon-un-facilitador-en-tu-empresa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jerarqu\u00eda<\/a> de las capacidades humanas en el trabajo, o a cualquier manager de la \u00e9poca, quiz\u00e1s hubieran dicho que un buen empleado era aqu\u00e9l que cumpl\u00eda las \u00f3rdenes, que trabajaba duro y que era rico en habilidades personales para llevar acabo las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en el trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy en d\u00eda, obediencia, diligencia e intelecto han perdido vigencia. De hecho, si tus empleados s\u00f3lo tienen estas capacidades, entonces tienes un grave problema para poder sobrevivir en este entorno tan VUCA. As\u00ed, el \u201cno te pago para pensar\u201d afortunadamente ha pasado a la historia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Capacidades que definen al buen empleado<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, Hammel no se qued\u00f3 ah\u00ed y habl\u00f3 de 3 capacidades m\u00e1s, que son las que hoy mejor definen al buen empleado. Esto es, ser capaz de tomar la iniciativa ante un problema u oportunidad antes de que nadie se lo pida y no limitarse a realizar las tareas de su <em>job description<\/em>; crear nuevos y mejores productos o servicios para la empresa, y\/o dar lo mejor de s\u00ed mismo con entusiasmo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y si Hammel me lo permite, voy a a\u00f1adir una m\u00e1s. Para ello, me remito al 24 de noviembre de 1859, cuando Darwin public\u00f3 El origen de las especies, que en su quinto cap\u00edtulo dice:<\/span><strong> \u201cLas especies que sobreviven no son las m\u00e1s fuertes ni las m\u00e1s inteligentes, sino aquellas que se adaptan mejor al <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/si-las-metodologias-son-humo-fumemos-tods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cambio<\/a>\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha quedado claro que un buen empleado no es aqu\u00e9l que m\u00e1s sabe o m\u00e1s trabaja sino, a mi parecer, aqu\u00e9l <strong>que mejor sabe adaptarse a los cambios que est\u00e1n aconteciendo en nuestro entorno<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>La habilidad de modificar la manera de desenvolverse es sorprendente<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La habilidad de modificar la manera de desenvolverse seg\u00fan la situaci\u00f3n o contexto es realmente sorprendente. Quien goza de esta habilidad suele ser m\u00e1s receptivo\/a a los cambios, tiene una mente m\u00e1s abierta y es emp\u00e1tico\/a con los que le rodean. Esto le da la oportunidad de generar los cambios que cree necesarios. Su virtud radica en saber c\u00f3mo responder a las adversidades y obst\u00e1culos que se presentan, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n afrontar todo tipo de imprevistos y salir airoso\/a de ellos. Y algo muy importante: <strong>se ajusta al entorno porque es capaz, no s\u00f3lo de aprender iterando, sino tambi\u00e9n de <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/en\/ser-agile-vs-hacer-agile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pivotar<\/a>, de desaprender dejando atr\u00e1s las ideas que concibi\u00f3 originalmente<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La existencia de mirlos con plumaje blanco es una llamativa rareza que antiguamente se cre\u00eda inexistente. Afortunadamente, no es el caso de estos empleados.
