Son\u00a0los trabajadores que van a \u201cechar las horas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Y el\u00a0<strong>24%<\/strong>\u00a0restante son los que se denomina\u00a0&#8220;<strong>activamente desconectados<\/strong>&#8220;, es decir, que expresan expl\u00edcitamente su descontento, por lo que son improductivos y negativos en el trabajo. Estos suponen unos 340 millones de trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos econ\u00f3micos, ello\u00a0se traduce a\u00a0900 millones de d\u00f3lares no comprometidos y \u00a0desvinculados activamente en todo el mundo, lo que est\u00e1 obstaculizando significativamente la productividad y la calidad de vida en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo 46 a\u00f1os. Los de nuestra generaci\u00f3n hicimos todo lo posible por tener un crecimiento profesional r\u00e1pido hacia un puesto de liderazgo. El vencedor era el primero en llegar m\u00e1s arriba en el menor tiempo posible.<\/p>\n<p>Busc\u00e1bamos diferenciarnos\u00a0con MBA&#8217;s, PhD&#8217;s&#8230; \u00a0En esta l\u00f3gica individualista, un buen vestuario y una tarjeta de presentaci\u00f3n \u00a0ayudaba mucho. Estar en la hora y el lugar correctos era lo que defin\u00eda nuestro plan de trabajo. La jornada laboral se extend\u00eda hasta altas hora de la noche en la oficina, lo que nos convirti\u00f3 a muchos en <em>workalcoholics<\/em> y, parad\u00f3jicamente, en objeto de admiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero las cosas son hoy un poco m\u00e1s distintas. Actualmente, el placer es el que determina la dimensi\u00f3n de los\u00a0logros profesionales. El talento de hoy sabe conectar como nadie placer y trabajo. Disfrutar es\u00a0el nuevo indicador del \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>La econom\u00eda creativa, nuevas profesiones, el boom de una actitud emprendedora y la nueva inteligencia colectiva est\u00e1n pintando un escenario como nunca hab\u00edamos visto antes.<\/p>\n<p>La estructura piramidal de las organizaciones no le sirve a este talento ansioso que nos parece impaciente, pero la velocidad con la que se conectan al mundo es la que realmente est\u00e1 marcando el ritmo y el tipo de relaciones laborales.<\/p>\n<p>Movilidad,\u00a0<em>co-working<\/em>, <em>home-office<\/em>\u00a0y la posibilidad de administrar sus propios horarios hacen que el trabajo est\u00e9 siempre presente anytime, anywhere.\u00a0La flexibilidad es el camino a seguir.<\/p>\n<p>Necesitan mayor libertad para desarrollar su talento. Les encanta colaborar y co-crear y se fascinan por un mundo abierto siempre en Beta donde probar es la \u00fanica manera de innovar..<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY todav\u00eda nos\u00a0sorprenden los resultados de Gallup? Mientras,\u00a0muchos\u00a0de nuestros directivos consideran que\u00a0ninguna otra tendencia ha sido tan desafiante como la del talento&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pero no todo son malas noticas para las empresas. Este talento que no quiere trabajar en nuestras organizaciones puede convertirse en un importante stakeholder de nuestro\u00a0ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hay empresas que est\u00e1n aprovechando la l\u00f3gica colaborativa e inclusiva de estos\u00a0<em>stakeholders<\/em>\u00a0creando espacios f\u00edsicos o virtuales formados por comunidades h\u00edbridas de empleados y una\u00a0<strong>extended workforce<\/strong>,\u00a0como\u00a0<strong>Endesa o Altran<\/strong>,\u00a0con el fin de crear valor para sus respectivas organizaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>redes de conocimiento<\/li>\n<li>incrementar su capacidad de innovaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>ser m\u00e1s eficientes en sus procesos y mejorar los resultados de sus operaciones<\/li>\n<li>cruce constante y diario de informaci\u00f3n&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En estas organizaciones, la\u00a0extended <em>workforce<\/em>\u00a0se est\u00e1 convirtiendo\u00a0en activos y capacidades al servicio de las mismas. Estas empresas est\u00e1n aprendiendo a explotar\u00a0muy bien la inteligencia colectiva.
