Esto no deja de ser sorprendente si a ello le a\u00f1adimos la realizaci\u00f3n de las funciones que requiere su job description. El resultado: los proyectos se dilatan hasta la eternidad a trav\u00e9s de reuniones infinitas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.16.1&#8243; module_class=&#8221;text&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>En su d\u00eda les contrataron para desempe\u00f1ar una serie de funciones que ahora son pr\u00e1cticamente incapaces de llevar a cabo porque la organizaci\u00f3n ha invadido su agenda de proyectos y a menudo las reuniones son la excusa perfecta para dilatarlos y ganar tiempo. Sin embargo, trabajar por proyectos u objetivos se ha puesto de moda.<\/p>\n<p>Si trabajar en base a una job description supone hacerlo en base a una serie de funciones o tareas, trabajar por proyectos es algo distinto -y no me refiero a hacer proyectos en una determinada funci\u00f3n-. Esto es, dejar de lado en cierta manera las funciones o mejor liberar a los empleados de todas aquellas tareas que no aportan valor a\u00f1adido y posiblemente traspasarlas a lo que ser\u00eda equivalente a un centro de servicios compartidos, para trabajar en conseguir un objetivo concreto.<\/p>\n<p>No es mejor una forma de trabajar que otra, sino como siempre, depende&#8230; depende una vez m\u00e1s de la cutura organizativa. En cualquier caso, lo que no es viable es trabajar con ambos modelos a la vez. Ello est\u00e1 llevando a que los empleados nunca vean tangibilizados los proyectos en los que est\u00e1n trabajando y, en consecuencia, a una inmensa desmotivaci\u00f3n y desconfianza versus la compa\u00f1\u00eda: &#8220;para qu\u00e9&#8230; si al final no se va a hacer&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Y ni que decir tiene los empleados de muchas \u00e1reas en las que no exist\u00eda tradici\u00f3n alguna de trabajar por proyectos u objetivos, a quienes se ha puesto a trabajar de este modo y los que, por el contrario, sol\u00edan trabajar as\u00ed, lo hacen utilizando metodolog\u00edas en cascada o secuenciales.<\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas metodolog\u00edas proponen la generaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os entregables en un esquema de actividades que se pueden solapar o traslapar, ya sea en forma secuencial o con un enfoque totalmente solapado. Dentro de estas formas de trabajo, nos encontramos, por ejemplo, con el desarrollo \u00e1gil de SCRUM. Excelence Management lo explica muy bien en el siguiente esquema:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-624 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/agile.png\" alt=\"Tradicional vs. Agile\" width=\"463\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/agile.png 463w, https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/agile-300x150.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 463px) 100vw, 463px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario, el esquema de desarrollo en cascada se caracteriza por proponer actividades secuenciales, claramente agrupadas dentro de fases o ciclos del desarrollo del proyecto, propone hacer un an\u00e1lisis intensivo de requerimientos y se vuelve complicado volver a etapas previas del proyecto cuando se encuentran diferencias significativas en el alcance definido en etapas tempranas del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Y para acabar, el tiempo, esa magnitud f\u00edsica tan preciada&#8230; Demasiado a menudo vemos en las organizaciones personas que ejercen sus funciones y un sinf\u00edn de proyectos, todo a la vez, sin orden ni concierto y sin saber.
