Son muchas las veces que damos por hecho que las personas que aplican el pensamiento de dise\u00f1o son personas extraordinariamente creativas. Pero lo cierto es que el \u201cpensamiento creativo\u201d no podr\u00eda hacer nada sin su <\/span>partner<\/span><\/i>: el \u201cpensamiento anal\u00edtico\u201d. El an\u00e1lisis juega un rol relevante en las primeras etapas de un proceso de innovaci\u00f3n. Dif\u00edcilmente podremos llegar a dise\u00f1ar una verdadera innovaci\u00f3n, sea en un producto, un servicio, una soluci\u00f3n, una experiencia, etc, si antes no hemos explorado y analizado en profundidad qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 sucediendo en esa realidad que queremos transformar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Las entrevistas en contexto son una de las herramientas m\u00e1s utilizadas en este tipo de procesos. Nos ayudan a extraer y entender informaci\u00f3n valiosa sobre las personas y el contexto, lo que nos permitir\u00e1, seguro, pisar sobre tierra firme en las siguientes etapas del proceso de innovaci\u00f3n realizado con Design Thinking<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las entrevistas en contexto?\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Son encuentros cara a cara donde la persona que entrevista se desplaza al contexto de la persona entrevistada. Ese es el primer paso, sumergirse en la realidad de la otra persona, como primer paso del an\u00e1lisis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Las cinco claves para hacer una buena entrevista<\/span><\/h3>\n

Si os parece vamos ya con las 5 claves que se deben tener en cuenta para hacer una buena entrevista en contexto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Deja tu propia perspectiva en casa<\/b>. Por mucho que creas saber sobre aquello que vas a investigar, procura dejar todas esas ideas preconcebidas a un lado y aprox\u00edmate a la entrevista con una mirada curiosa, abierta y renovada.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Prepara bien tu entrevista<\/b>. Haz un buen listado de todas aquellas cosas que te gustar\u00eda saber y, por tanto, preguntar a tu persona entrevistada. Te recomiendo que primero hagas una long list<\/i> con todo aquello que te pase por la cabeza, sin demasiado orden. Luego poco a poco clusteriza tus preguntas, es decir, agr\u00fapalas por tem\u00e1ticas. Finalmente, dales un orden, pensando de qu\u00e9 modo ser\u00eda mejor ir tratando cada tema.<\/li>\n
  3. Revisa la redacci\u00f3n de tus preguntas<\/b>. Deben ser siempre claras, abiertas y, por lo general, no deber\u00edan condicionar la respuesta de la persona entrevistada. No olvides que la investigaci\u00f3n que propone Design Thinking<\/em> es esencialmente cualitativa. No buscamos datos y cantidad, buscamos entender a las personas, las situaciones y el contexto en profundidad y calidad.<\/li>\n
  4. Crea el clima adecuado<\/b>. Al principio de la entrevista, dedica un tiempo para crear un clima de confianza adecuado. Explica bien a la persona entrevistada qui\u00e9n eres y cu\u00e1l es el prop\u00f3sito de la entrevista. Transm\u00edtele que no hay respuestas correctas o incorrectas, ya que lo que pretendemos es entender la realidad tal y como \u00e9l o ella la est\u00e1n percibiendo.<\/li>\n
  5. Conversa, conversa y conversa<\/b>. A pesar de que llevar\u00e1s tu gui\u00f3n bien pensado y preparado, es importante que consigas entrar en un clima relajado como el de una conversaci\u00f3n. Conc\u00e9ntrate bien en las respuestas de las personas y pon a trabajar tu gen pregunt\u00f3n. No des nada por sentado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/span>Y, recuerda, estas entrevistas no son para verificar lo que ya sabes, son para encontrar todo aquello que todav\u00eda no sabes. Albert Einstein dec\u00eda: \u201cNo tengo ning\u00fan talento especial. Solo soy apasionadamente curioso\u201d.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
