Els participants d&#8217;una investigaci\u00f3 de <strong>L&#8217;Universitat DePaul<\/strong>, a Chicago, van haver de respondre quanta estona passaven al dia pensant en el dem\u00e0, en l&#8217;avui o en l&#8217;ahir. De fet, el <strong>38%<\/strong> del temps el passaven enfocant-se en el futur. La majoria de les decisions les prenien en funci\u00f3 del que cada un projectava per si mateixos, sense o amb alguna quota de realitat.<\/p>\n<p>Que el futur importi m\u00e9s que el present no \u00e9s casualitat. Amb l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0, el nostre cervell ha augmentat, i <strong>l&#8217;escor\u00e7a prefrontal,<\/strong> on podr\u00edem dir que es valora el nostre pensament sobre el futur, m\u00e9s que a qualsevol \u00e0rea del cervell.<\/p>\n<p>Fantasiejar sobre el futur ens resulta molt \u00fatil perqu\u00e8 ens <strong>permet avan\u00e7ar-nos mentalment a les seves conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i l&#8217;anticipaci\u00f3 ens provoca plaer.<\/strong> Com b\u00e9 ho sabia el personatge de la guineu en <strong>el Petit Pr\u00edncep, d&#8217;Antoine de Saint-Exup\u00e9ry,<\/strong> quan li exigia al petit aviador que li digu\u00e9s una hora exacta a la qual aniria a veure&#8217;l. I li explicava el perqu\u00e8:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Si em dius que arribar\u00e0s a les quatre, jo estar\u00e9 esperant des de les dues, ansi\u00f3s per la teva arribada. I aquesta espera em produir\u00e0 felicitat.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>L&#8217;entorn en el qual vivim caracteritzat pel VUCA, els game changers, els cignes negres, els rinoceronts grisos, les noves economies emergents o el creixement exponencial de la tecnologia, fan que l&#8217;avui, m\u00e9s que mai, estiguem constantment enfocats en pensar en el futur.<\/p>\n<p>Si hibrid\u00e9ssim el concepte del <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/ca\/negar-o-crear\/\">futur<\/a> amb un dels aspectes m\u00e9s importants per l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0, el treball, sorgeix un dels objectes d&#8217;estudi m\u00e9s apassionants dels nostres dies: <strong>el futur del treball<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00f3n del treball est\u00e0 experimentant un important proc\u00e9s de canvi. Per aquest motiu, el director general de l&#8217;OIT, <strong>Guy Ryder<\/strong>, ja fa temps va llan\u00e7ar &#8220;La iniciativa sobre el futur del treball&#8221; creant una unitat espec\u00edfica sobre aquest.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest \u00e0mbit, tal com ja proposava el fundador del <strong>F\u00f2rum de Davos, Klaus Schwab<\/strong>, estem entrant en una nova revoluci\u00f3 industrial (la quarta, despr\u00e9s de les originades per la m\u00e0quina de vapor, l&#8217;electricitat i la computeritzaci\u00f3). Els principals motors de canvi en aquesta nova era s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial<\/strong> i la <strong>hiperconnectivitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f L&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de les <strong>classes mitjanes<\/strong> en diversos pa\u00efsos asi\u00e0tics<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f L&#8217;enfrontament de molts pa\u00efsos occidentals a <strong>l&#8217;envelliment<\/strong> de la poblaci\u00f3 i al seu sosteniment, la qual cosa es tradueix en el creixement de determinats segments de treballadors de serveis assistencials i sanitaris.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f La <strong>flexibilitat<\/strong> en el treball<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f El <strong>treball per projectes<\/strong> i les <strong>relacions l\u00edquides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;ocupacions \u00e9s un altre canvi de mantra dels apocal\u00edptics. <strong>Carl Benedikt Frey<\/strong>, investigador en la Universitat d&#8217;Oxford, afirma que el <strong>47%<\/strong> de les ocupacions corre el risc de desapar\u00e8ixer. No obstant aix\u00f2, <strong>Manish Sharma<\/strong>, chief operating officer de Accenture Operations afirma que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;L&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 dels processos proporcionar\u00e0 una vida millor per les persones&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>L&#8217;economista <strong>Jos\u00e9 Moises Mart\u00edn Carretero, autor d'&#8221;Espanya 2030: governar el futur&#8221; (Planeta, 2016),<\/strong> incideix en la mateixa idea que Sharma.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;El progr\u00e9s tecnol\u00f2gic ha despla\u00e7at treballadors, per\u00f2 ha creat molts m\u00e9s llocs de treball&#8221; (&#8230;) &#8220;A curt termini pot haver-hi reduccions, per\u00f2 a llarg termini la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s inq\u00fcestionable&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, podem considerar que els principals eixos del canvi en m\u00f3n del treball s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0f Els fluxos migratoris i la demografia en expansi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0f Els canvis tecnol\u00f2gics (amb la transformaci\u00f3 digital les coses ja no succeeixen sota els nostres peus, sin\u00f3 sobre el nostre cap).<\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0f Els canvis clim\u00e0tics i mediambientals.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes <strong>respostes<\/strong> per fer front a aquests canvis s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>\u2611\ufe0f Crear <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/ca\/las-7-claves-para-comunicar-el-proposito-de-tu-organizacion-2\/\">organitzacions<\/a> <strong>globals<\/strong> on la diversitat sigui present no nom\u00e9s entre els treballadors, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 entre socis, prove\u00efdors i clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u2611\ufe0f Construir estructures organitzatives basades en models d&#8217;<strong>heterarquia<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 dita retorquia o holocr\u00e0cia, en les quals el poder no resideix en una persona o grup de persones concret, sin\u00f3 que tots els components de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n independents, canviant-se el concepte d&#8217;ordenar pel d&#8217;influir: ning\u00fa \u00e9s l&#8217;amo, tots podem influenciar en el que vulguem i hi ha llibertat de pensament. Es tracta d&#8217;una estructura que respon al nou paper m\u00e9s participatiu i democr\u00e0tic que els ciutadans juguen dins la societat.<\/p>\n<p>\u2611\ufe0f Desenvolupar comportaments organitzacionals m\u00e9s <strong>flexibles<\/strong> per a respondre r\u00e0pidament als canvis.<\/p>\n<p>\u2611\ufe0f Instaurar una visi\u00f3 compartida genera ambients <strong>d&#8217;obertura i confian\u00e7a<\/strong> entre els individus i els grups de treball, de manera que s&#8217;incrementen les possibilitats de <strong>soluci\u00f3 creativa de problemes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2611\ufe0f Generar <a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/ca\/los-121-aprendizajes-para-un-futuro-mas-humano\/\">aprenentatge<\/a>, amb la finalitat de formar i desenvolupar capacitats que permetin a les organitzacions <strong>capitalitzar el coneixement<\/strong> que aquestes mateixes generen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2611\ufe0f Instaurar <strong>consci\u00e8ncia mediambiental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Un altre tema central del futur del treball i que mereix un esment a part \u00e9s el lideratge. En paraules del mateix Klaus Schwab, en un m\u00f3n en el qual governen la incertesa i els canvis, els l\u00edders han de fer gala d&#8217;un &#8220;lideratge sensible i responsable&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Schwab afirma que ser l\u00edder significa assumir responsabilitats, i aix\u00f2 requereix dues virtuts: <strong>sensibilitat i empatia<\/strong>. Ambdues estan representades, per al president del F\u00f2rum, per dos objectes com s\u00f3n la <strong>br\u00faixola i el radar<\/strong>. Sense un radar, els l\u00edders no poden respondre, i mancant una br\u00faixola, no poden exercir el lideratge de manera responsable.<\/p>\n<p>Moltes empreses saben que el m\u00f3n que les envolta est\u00e0 canviant i tracten d&#8217;adaptar-se, per\u00f2 moltes altres continuen com si res.
