Com han de ser els equips per a innovar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fa unes setmanes en un workshop amb un equip molt connectat amb el seu repte, una de les persones ho va parar tot i va dir en veu alta i amb fermesa \u201cDe veritat que us sembla b\u00e9 aix\u00f2 que hem decidit? Crec que ens estem equivocant!\u201d\u2026. Buscar el consens en un equip que ha de prendre decisions, de manera \u00e0gil per a avan\u00e7ar, a vegades no \u00e9s senzill. Requereix, entre moltes altres coses, que totes i cadascuna de les persones tinguin una veritable voluntat de col\u00b7laborar per a arribar a bon port. La metodologies que proposem a <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Monday Happy Monday<\/span> tenen totes un nexe com\u00fa: <strong>s\u00f3n col\u00b7laboratives.<\/strong> Creiem fermament que les persones nom\u00e9s superarem els reptes \u00a0de futur si ho fem sota el paradigma de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia col\u00b7lectiva. \u00c9s a dir, si permetem que totes les persones participin del debat i focalitzem els nostres esfor\u00e7os a eliminar jerarquies, ser m\u00e9s transparents i ens obrim veritablement a la diversitat de talents. Ara b\u00e9, tamb\u00e9 crec que la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 no \u00e9s tan sols un mitj\u00e0 per a arribar, sin\u00f3 que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0. La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 \u00e9s una d&#8217;aquestes actituds que s&#8217;haurien de conrear des d&#8217;edats ben primerenques a casa, en el col\u00b7legi,\u2026 i que, per descomptat, hauria de ser conreada tamb\u00e9 en les organitzacions.<\/p>\n<h3>Givers, takers and matchers<\/h3>\n<p>El psic\u00f2leg organitzacional <strong>Adam Grant<\/strong> ha investigat molt sobre com les persones ens comportem en els entorns professionals. Potser ja coneixes la seva teoria, per\u00f2 crec que val la pena refrescar-la i tenir-la en compte en el debat de com hem de construir els equips en les nostres organitzacions si el que volem \u00e9s<strong> innovar i aportar sempre valor<\/strong> als nostres clients, ciutadans, empleats, etc. Grant, en el seu llibre Give and Take, ens expli que hi ha dos tipus de persones.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les persones takers [oportunistes] que s\u00f3n habitualment egoc\u00e8ntriques i pensen nom\u00e9s en el que les altres poden fer per elles. Veuen el m\u00f3n com una competici\u00f3 constant.<\/li>\n<li>Les persones givers [altruistes] estan enfocades a assegurar que les altres tamb\u00e9 guanyin. S\u00f3n les que m\u00e9s d&#8217;una vegada et poden preguntar En qu\u00e8 puc ajudar-te?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s inevitable pensar en quin \u00e9s el nostre estil veritat? Fes-te una simple pregunta Com tractes a la gent en general? Segons Adam Grant, la majoria estem al mig: som matchers, \u00e9s a dir som bons companys perqu\u00e8 procurem donar a l&#8217;altre en l\u00ednia del que hem rebut. Busquem un equilibri entre el donar i el rebre. Adam Grant ens diu que aquesta \u00e9s una manera \u201csegura\u201d de viure la vida, per\u00f2 potser no \u00e9s la m\u00e9s \u201cproductiva\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Els <em>givers<\/em> fan millors a les seves empreses<\/h3>\n<p>Adam Grant ha estudiat un bon nombre d&#8217;organitzacions i de professionals. I en aquests estudis va poder obtenir conclusions veritablement interessants. En el m\u00f3n de les vendes, per exemple, ens conta que els venedors amb resultats m\u00e9s baixos coincidia que eren els m\u00e9s generosos. Et sorpr\u00e8n?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Curiosament les seves recerques tamb\u00e9 ens mostren l&#8217;altre costat de la moneda. Aquests professionals altruistes, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels seus resultats individuals, li fan molt b\u00e9 a les seves empreses. Les fan millors! Grant afirma que les empreses que tenen m\u00e9s persones compartint coneixement i ajudant a les altres, tenen millors beneficis i fins i tot m\u00e9s satisfacci\u00f3 dels seus clients.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I que ens explica dels takers? No m&#8217;entretindr\u00e9 molt. Grant diu que s\u00f3n professionals no van molt lluny. La seva estrat\u00e8gia t\u00e9 curt recorregut en una organitzaci\u00f3. De fet si t&#8217;atures a pensar una mica, potser recordar\u00e0s el final d&#8217;algun taker. Com vas? Ja has definit el teu estil? Tornant als venedors givers, resulta que estan en la part baixa per\u00f2&#8230; tamb\u00e9 estan en el m\u00e9s alt del r\u00e0nquing. <strong>S\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 els que m\u00e9s venen!<\/strong> Sorpresa una altra vegada? \u00c9s a dir, estan molt representats en tots dos extrems. De totes totes, Grant defensa que les persones givers s\u00f3n aquelles que s&#8217;acosten m\u00e9s a l&#8217;\u00e8xit professional ja que, entre altres coses, generen una reputaci\u00f3 excel\u00b7lent i tenen un entorn ric en totes les seves dimensions.<\/p>\n<h3>Com tenir m\u00e9s <em>givers<\/em> que sobresurtin en el teu equip?<\/h3>\n<p>Per\u00f2 Adam Grant no es queda aqu\u00ed, si no que ens d\u00f3na algunes pistes per a crear organitzacions on hi hagi m\u00e9s givers que sobresurtin.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Protegeix-los. Els givers s\u00f3n un tresor i no es poden cremar. No deixis que els altres s&#8217;aprofitin.<\/li>\n<li>Afavoreix una cultura on \u201cdemanar ajuda\u201d sigui normal.<\/li>\n<li>I m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de sumar givers al teu equip, mai mai mai sumis al teu equip a persones oportunistes. Els seus efectes s\u00f3n molt m\u00e9s negatius per a tod@s que el poder que t\u00e9 tenir diversos altruistes en l&#8217;equip.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Per cert, aquest que va dir \u201cDe veritat que us sembla b\u00e9 aix\u00f2 que hem decidit? Crec que ens estem equivocant!\u201d\u2026. Sabeu qu\u00e8 era? Perqu\u00e8 en aquell moment va ser un giver no gaire agradable, per\u00f2 va permetre al grup trencar amb el \u201cpol\u00edticament correcte\u201d, sincerar-se i a partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed construir com un equip d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s aut\u00e8ntica.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cal saber que els givers no s\u00f3n tots \u201cagradables\u201d. Que alguns poden tenir maneres dures per\u00f2 que realment tenen bones intencions. S\u00f3n aquestes persones que donen aquests feedbacks que ning\u00fa vol sentir per\u00f2 que realment s\u00f3n claus per a poder avan\u00e7ar.
