Tanmateix, una altra manera d\u2019aprendre a ser un bon l\u00edder en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la innovaci\u00f3 \u00e9s sabent all\u00f2 que NO s\u2019ha de fer.\u00a0En el MIT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mit.edu\/\">Massachusetts Institute of Technology<\/a> hem analitzat de quina manera els l\u00edders poden arribar a obstaculitzar la innovaci\u00f3 i la creativitat en els seus equips i fins i tot destruir ambdues.\u00a0A continuaci\u00f3, comparteixo amb tu 4 de les principals maneres en qu\u00e8 un l\u00edder pot fer aix\u00f2:<\/p>\n<h6>1.- L\u00edders que penalitzen l\u2019error<\/h6>\n<p>Molts l\u00edders castiguen els desencerts dels seus equips, generant-los ansietat, la qual cosa \u00e9s absolutament contraproduent per innovar. \u00c9s important que les persones es sentin segures en un entorn que, lamentablement, en massa ocasions podem veure vulnerat per alguns l\u00edders, que fins i tot els priven del temps necessari per innovar.<\/p>\n<h6>2. L\u00edders que no fan part\u00edcip a l\u2019equip dels objectius organitzatius<\/h6>\n<p>Altres l\u00edders no fan part\u00edcips als seus equips dels objectius de l\u2019empresa, de manera que aquests es senten exclosos i deixen de mostrar inter\u00e8s per generar noves idees que contribueixin a l\u2019assoliment d\u2019aquests.<\/p>\n<h6>3.- L\u00edders que no doten de recursos els seus equips<\/h6>\n<p>Altres, malgrat considerar \u00f2bvia la necessitat d\u2019innovar, no doten els seus equips de la partida pressupost\u00e0ria corresponent per desenvolupar-la, la qual cosa provoca que aquests vegin minvada la seva capacitat i no es desenvolupi correctament un proc\u00e9s d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 en l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n<h6>4.- L\u00edders que no confien en els seus equips de sempre<\/h6>\n<p>Finalment, alguns confien sobretot en les noves incorporacions per\u00a0innovar, amb el benent\u00e8s que aquells que porten m\u00e9s temps a l\u2019empresa no seran capaces.
