Gens especial. <strong>S\u00f3n nom\u00e9s 3 hist\u00f2ries que dividir\u00e9 en 3 post: passat, present i futur del treball.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera hist\u00f2ria d&#8217;avui \u00e9s sobre\u00a0<strong>el meu pare<\/strong>, l&#8217;Antonio. T\u00e9 78 anys. Nom\u00e9s tenia 20 a la foto de cap\u00e7alera d&#8217;aquest post. Va n\u00e9ixer en un petit poble d&#8217;Andalusia anomenat Cuevas de San Marcos. Quan era petit vivia al camp amb el seu pare i els seus 6 germans. La seva mare va morir quan nom\u00e9s tenia 14 anys. Va comen\u00e7ar a treballar en el camp de molt petit. Per a anar a escola havia de travessar els camps de nit pujat en un ruc. A l&#8217;escola va aprendre a llegir, escriure i fer les operacions de matem\u00e0tiques m\u00e9s b\u00e0siques. Quan va haver apr\u00e8s a fer aix\u00f2, va deixar d&#8217;anar a escola i\u00a0<strong>mai m\u00e9s hi va tornar<\/strong>. Nom\u00e9s tenia 12 anys.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quan va acabar el servei militar a Cadis on es va trobar amb el mar per primera vegada, ja no va tornar a la seva terra. Se&#8217;n va anar a Barcelona a buscar treball i aviat es va incorporar a treballar en una f\u00e0brica. El seu treball en la cadena de muntatge requeria\u00a0<strong>disciplina, concentraci\u00f3 en tasques repetitives i complir amb uns horaris, per la qual cosa a la f\u00e0brica buscaven persones que sabessin complir ordres, que fossin puntuals i que treballessin intensament.<\/strong> El meu pare era un treballador\u00a0<strong>obedient<\/strong>, <strong>infal\u00b7lible, que es va adaptar molt r\u00e0pidament al treball<\/strong>, aix\u00ed que li va anar bastant b\u00e9. Ser un home eficient, com ho era el meu pare, era imprescindible en un\u00a0<strong>m\u00f3n predictible<\/strong>, un m\u00f3n on\u00a0<strong>alg\u00fa sabia el que anava a passar i el que s&#8217;havia de fer i l&#8217;ensenyava al que no ho sabia. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va ser el m\u00f3n en el qual l&#8217;home va arribar a la Lluna en 1969. Aquell va ser una fita molt complicada d&#8217;aconseguir. Es van necessitar molts recursos humans, materials, financers, tecnol\u00f2gics, molt de coneixement\u2026 per\u00f2 quan es van tenir, l&#8217;home va poder trepitjar la Lluna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quan el meu pare va fer 25 anys que treballava a la f\u00e0brica, l&#8217;empresa li va regalar un rellotge d&#8217;or com a premi a la seva\u00a0<strong>fidelitat<\/strong>\u00a0i als 65 es\u00a0va jubilar\u00a0on sempre havia treballat. El meu pare\u00a0<strong>mai es va plantejar si li agradava o no treballar all\u00e0<\/strong>. De fet,\u00a0<strong>la paraula treball ve del llat\u00ed i significa tortura<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed que, suposo que el meu pare, com molts pares de l&#8217;\u00e8poca, va assumir que aquell era el preu que havia de pagar si volia prosperar. Aix\u00ed ho va fer i ho va aconseguir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Continuar\u00e0<\/strong>&#8230;.
