Estan creant un impacte <strong>10 vegades major<\/strong> que altres empreses de la seva mateixa ind\u00fastria i l&#8217;estan fent a una <strong>velocitat r\u00e8cord<\/strong>, amb <strong>menor inversi\u00f3 i menys persones<\/strong> que les organitzacions tradicionals.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n les organitzacions del <strong>cost marginal 0 de\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jeremy_Rifkin\"><strong>Jeremy Riffkin<\/strong><\/a>, aquelles per a les quals produir una unitat addicional d&#8217;un producte o servei, el cost \u00e9s 0<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes organitzacions actuen com a aut\u00e8ntics <strong>game changers<\/strong>, canviant les regles del joc d&#8217;aquella ind\u00fastria on desembarquen<\/p>\n<p>El pilar d&#8217;aquestes organitzacions \u00e9s el seu <strong>prop\u00f2sit<\/strong> transformador. No m&#8217;estendr\u00e9 en aquest concepte, perqu\u00e8 ja vaig escriure un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mondayhappymonday.com\/ca\/el-proposito\/\">post monogr\u00e0fic<\/a> sobre aquest fa tan sols uns mesos. En les EXO\u2019s, el prop\u00f2sit es coneix sota les sigles MTP, que signifiquen <strong><em>Massive Transformation Purpose<\/em><\/strong>. Per a aquestes organitzacions el &#8221;qu\u00e8&#8221; no \u00e9s tan important com el &#8221;per a qu\u00e8&#8221;. Aix\u00ed, per exemple, el MTP de Google \u00e9s \u201corganitzar la informaci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n\u201d o el del Boston Children\u2019s Hospital \u00e9s \u201cfins que tots els nens estiguin b\u00e9\u201d. Com podeu veure, es tracta de prop\u00f2sits molt inspiradors, que quan un@ els llegeix autom\u00e0ticament pensa \u201cCarai! Aquesta empresa canviar\u00e0 el m\u00f3n. Vull formar part d&#8217;ella\u201d (entens ara per qu\u00e8 el talent vol anar a treballar aqu\u00ed?).<\/p>\n<p>Les EXO\u2019s funcionen com si fossin un cervell en tota regla. Combinen a la perfecci\u00f3 <strong>creativitat i gesti\u00f3 de la incertesa<\/strong> que, de ser un hum\u00e0, ambdues s&#8217;allotjarien en l&#8217;hemisferi dret, amb <strong>ordre, control i estabilitat<\/strong>, propis de l&#8217;hemisferi esquerre.<\/p>\n<p>Per a aconseguir ser creatives i gestionar la incertesa, les EXO\u2019s <strong>minimitzen el personal<\/strong> a temps complet destinant-lo al que \u00e9s absolutament cr\u00edtic del negoci, el seu<em> core business<\/em>, i subcontracten tota la resta, treballant amb una bona quantitat de personal <strong>on demand<\/strong> (sota demanda).<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edem considerar que amb elles es compleix a la perfecci\u00f3 les prediccions que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Charles_Handy\"><strong>Charles Handy<\/strong><\/a> va fer durant la primera d\u00e8cada dels 90 a trav\u00e9s del seu fam\u00f3s tr\u00e8vol.\u00a0 Recordem que, a igual que la planta que li d\u00f3na nom, l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de Handy constava de tres parts o blocs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>E<\/strong><strong>l nucli professional<\/strong> o plantilla que aportava el valor afegit a la companyia<\/li>\n<li><strong>El<\/strong><strong> marge contractual<\/strong> o els professionals aut\u00f2noms, col\u00b7laboradors o empreses especialitzades que presten serveis de forma externalitzada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F<\/strong><strong>or\u00e7a de treball flexible<\/strong> o personal que les companyies incorporen de manera puntual, com a refor\u00e7 temporal de la plantilla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les EXO\u2019s construeixen <strong>comunitats<\/strong> que orbiten constantment al seu voltant. Quan necessiten trobar a les persones adequades, b\u00e9 siguin empleats, clients, prove\u00efdors, etc\u2026 no han de buscar a ning\u00fa. S\u00f3n\u00a0 els propis membres de la comunitat que troben a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i fan el que aquesta els demana.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes organitzacions aprofiten totes les <strong>dades<\/strong> que generen i dissenyen amb ells potents <strong>algorismes<\/strong> que els permeten <strong>escalar<\/strong> r\u00e0pidament el seu negoci.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ordre, el control i l&#8217;estabilitat els aconsegueixen <strong>personalitzant i automatitzant<\/strong> els processos pels quals interactuen amb els clients i altres organitzacions.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>quadres de comandament<\/strong> en temps real amb totes les m\u00e8triques essencials de la companyia i els empleats,\u00a0 que expressen les dades que generen, no s\u00f3n el <em>nice to have<\/em> que serien en les organitzacions tradicionals.<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas de metodologies tipus Llegeixin Startup, aquestes organitzacions proven suposats i <strong>experimenten<\/strong> constantment.<\/p>\n<p>Els seus equips de treball <strong>s&#8217;autogestionen<\/strong> i operen de forma descentralitzada. Aquestes organitzacions permeten gestionar la <strong>comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong> en temps real entre tots els seus empleats. Aix\u00f2 facilita que les converses i col\u00b7laboracions\u00a0 entre aquests siguin m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils, r\u00e0pides i organitzades i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de les seves tasques.<\/p>\n<p>Com veus, podr\u00edem considerar les ExO\u2019s\u00a0 com \u201cles organitzacions del futur\u201d.
