Les 4 claus per a posar-se en marxa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui vull compartir amb tu <strong>les 4 claus que han de posar en marxa les organitzacions que vulguin entrar en manera construir<\/strong>. Fa tan sols uns dies, vaig tenir el plaer d&#8217;impartir un taller en la Jornada <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/1_fHVvK-MGI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EQUIPA&#8217;T<\/a>&#8221; Els reptes per a l&#8217;\u00c0rea de Persones en l&#8217;entorn COVID\u201d que va organitzar <strong>la Fundaci\u00f3 Factor Hum\u00e0<\/strong> per a totes les seves empreses associades. Sempre \u00e9s un plaer per a nosaltres col\u00b7laborar en les activitats que organitza la Fundaci\u00f3 i interactuar amb tot l&#8217;equip que les duu a terme.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que comparteixo amb tu l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia del que vaig voler transmetre el dia de la Jornada EQUIPA&#8217;T. I ho faig amb m\u00e9s ganes que mai, despr\u00e9s de les noves restriccions que s&#8217;estan imposant en molts dels sectors d&#8217;activitat que lluiten per tirar endavant aqu\u00ed, all\u00ed i a tot el m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;etapa de las urg\u00e8ncies<\/h3>\n<p>Mira, fa 7 mesos que el m\u00f3n es va parar als carrers, per\u00f2 realment dins de les cases de moltes persones, havia de tot\u2026 menys quietud. Les xifres ens diuen que almenys el 34% de la poblaci\u00f3 activa va seguir amb la seva activitat laboral. Si est\u00e0s en aquest 34%, imagino que vas passar per una etapa inicial de <strong>gestionar urg\u00e8ncies<\/strong>. Totes ens vam posar a pensar com ens an\u00e0vem a organitzar a partir d&#8217;ara, qu\u00e8 podr\u00edem fer des de casa i que no, quins recursos necessitar\u00edem, preocupacions i gestions perqu\u00e8 totes les persones poguessin disposar dels recursos necessaris per a seguir des de casa, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;etapa de la superviv\u00e8ncia<\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s passem a una etapa caracteritzada per la <strong>superviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> on moltes persones es van resguardar a l&#8217;espera de l&#8217;anhelada estabilitzaci\u00f3 de les xifres i de molt m\u00e9s. I aix\u00ed van passar les setmanes i els mesos, esperant l&#8217;anhelada fi de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma. La veritat \u00e9s que a poc a poc se&#8217;ns va anar revelant que amb la finalitat de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma no arribaria, ni molt menys, la volta a \u201caix\u00f2 d&#8217;abans\u201d. I quan em refereixo a \u201caix\u00f2 d&#8217;abans\u201d, no em refereixo \u00fanicament a aix\u00f2 de poder arribar a tenir <strong>contacte hum\u00e0<\/strong> amb gaireb\u00e9 qualsevol persona amb normalitat. Al que em refereixo \u00e9s al fet que els <strong>models de negoci<\/strong> de moltes de les nostres organitzacions ja han hagut de donar un gir important.<\/p>\n<p>Models de negoci? Sense comptar totes aquelles que van haver de cessar la seva activitat, de les quals van poder i poden continuar funcionant, hi ha organitzacions que:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Han hagut de canviar el \u201ccanal\u201d pel qual oferien el seu valor als seus clients: de presencial a digital.<\/li>\n<li>Han hagut de canviar el \u201cproducte o servei\u201d que oferien, ja que el seu ha perdut sentit avui dia.<\/li>\n<li>Els ha canviat el \u201cclient\u201d ja que: les necessitats primordials han variat, les circumst\u00e0ncies personals tamb\u00e9, i fins i tot, la \u201csensibilitat al preu\u201d que tenim les persones respecte a alguns productes i serveis, tamb\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Els han canviat tamb\u00e9 \u201cels treballadors\u201d ja que: en aquests mesos a les persones se&#8217;ns ha mogut el sou com mai abans recordem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>L&#8217;etapa de construir<\/h3>\n<p>La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s que ja sigui perqu\u00e8 creguem que aix\u00f2 va a per a llarg o perqu\u00e8 creguem que ja ha canviat per sempre,.. ja, haur\u00edem d&#8217;haver-nos donat compte que <strong>no es tracta de continuar sobrevivint sin\u00f3 d&#8217;entrar JA en l&#8217;etapa de CONSTRUIR<\/strong>. La veritat \u00e9s que no solc parlar mai de pol\u00edtica, per\u00f2 de veritat que en aquests temps desitjaria escoltar alguna vegada un missatge del tipus \u201cVinga, ens posarem a aix\u00f2\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 com es construeix en aquests temps? Saps que els optimistes s\u00f3n aquelles persones que tendeixen a veure i jutjar les coses en el seu aspecte m\u00e9s favorable. Doncs b\u00e9, les organitzacions que vulguin entrar en manera CONSTRUIR hauran de conrear aquest optimisme a trav\u00e9s de la posada en marxa de 4 claus, que segons el meu punt de vista poden ajudar a donar en el clau.<\/p>\n<h4>Clau 1: FOMENTAR UNA CULTURA DE L&#8217;APRENENTATGE<\/h4>\n<p>M\u00e9s que mai hem de creure en el potencial d&#8217;aprenentatge dels nostres equips i comptar amb professionals de l&#8217;aprenentatge que posin en marxa aquests projectes. Han de fer-ho estant molt molt prop de les persones, del negoci, per a con\u00e8ixer les necessitats reals i, una vegada detectades, oferir de manera \u00e0gil els recursos a disposici\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 les persones puguin agafar-se a ells.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Si creiem en el potencial de les persones i les ajudem a formar-se, estarem\u00a0<strong>potenciant la mentalitat de construir<\/strong>, elevant la satisfacci\u00f3 m\u00e9s intr\u00ednseca de les persones, donant suport a la seva ocupabilitat i caminant cap a ser una organitzaci\u00f3 cada vegada m\u00e9s competitiva.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Una altra opci\u00f3 interessant, dins d&#8217;aquesta clau, \u00e9s crear xarxes d&#8217;aprenentatge tant internes com amb agents externs a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. Aprofitem-nos del talent i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;entorn.<\/p>\n<h4>Clau 2: FACILITAR LA INNOVACI\u00d3<\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;aversi\u00f3 al canvi \u00e9s humana i per tant, l&#8217;\u00fanica manera de v\u00e8ncer-la \u00e9s posar-nos a caminar. Hem de ser capa\u00e7os de generar entorns perqu\u00e8 les persones de les nostres organitzacions puguin experimentar i desenvolupar la seva confian\u00e7a creativa. Com?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Si creiem en el potencial d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 de les persones, estarem <strong>potenciant una vegada m\u00e9s la seva mentalitat de construir<\/strong>\u00a0i la tan anhelada capacitat de resili\u00e8ncia. De la qual tant s&#8217;en parla.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>Identifica els reptes i prioritzar-los.<\/li>\n<li>Crear equips multidisciplinaris al voltant de cadascun d&#8217;aquests reptes.<\/li>\n<li>Fer costat als equips amb metodologia, temps i una meta a aconseguir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Clau 3: HUM\u00c0 CENTRISME<\/h4>\n<p>Si sempre hem de cuidar a les persones que estan en la nostra organitzaci\u00f3, ara \u00e9s un d&#8217;aquests moments \u201cde la veritat\u201d on podem \u201cvincular-los per sempre\u201d o crear \u201cdesafeccions\u201d dif\u00edcilment recuperables. Hem de poder-los observar, m\u00e9s que mai, de manera hol\u00edstica. Tenint en compte les seves circumst\u00e0ncies personals i generar mecanismes que ens permetin saber si una persona est\u00e0 en una situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estr\u00e8s (per q\u00fcestions laborals o personals) o fins i tot de duel.<\/p>\n<p>Cuidar-nos entre totes ara, tindr\u00e0 un impacte elevat a generar \u201cla confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua\u201d que \u00e9s tan clau en un equip hum\u00e0. I el mateix amb els clients. Hem de poder ser a prop, aportar-los valor i crear canals per a con\u00e8ixer les seves noves necessitats i les seves actuals circumst\u00e0ncies. Ens hem de reinventar lligats al nostre prop\u00f2sit i tenint com eixos el valor que hem d&#8217;aportar a les persones. No parar, ni esperar, \u2026 continuar avan\u00e7ant, generant aprenentatge i experimentant.
