Desde mi mirada, de ah\u00ed nace la pregunta que hoy nos ocupa: <strong>\u00bfnecesitan nuestras organizaciones a\u00f1adir dise\u00f1o a la gesti\u00f3n?<\/strong> En este art\u00edculo que he escrito para el Blog de <a class=\"MRRcOEIzRvbRicBXxoqiBeMraPtGfKthi \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/mondayhappymonday\/\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Monday Happy Monday<\/a> busco aportar una mirada pr\u00e1ctica a la posible respuesta.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"ember742\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, gracias a acompa\u00f1ar a equipos y direcciones, he observado una pauta comprensible: <strong>ante la incertidumbre tendemos a aumentar el control<\/strong>. Desde mi perspectiva, en las organizaciones actuales lo cr\u00edtico no es la falta de esfuerzo ni talento a la hora de resolver grandes retos; <strong>quiz\u00e1 se trate m\u00e1s bien de cambiar la mirada sobre c\u00f3mo afrontamos la incertidumbre<\/strong>. Los retos complejos no siempre se resuelven con m\u00e1s indicadores o m\u00e1s reuniones. Hoy, m\u00e1s que gestionar, necesitamos <strong>a\u00f1adir dise\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember743\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Para poner nombre y apellidos a los frentes de la agenda directiva actual, me apoyo en la <strong>PwC Global CEO Survey 2025<\/strong> (PwC, 2025: <em>28th Annual Global CEO Survey: Reinvention on the edge of tomorrow<\/em>). De ah\u00ed se desprenden cinco retos con un denominador com\u00fan: no se resuelven solo con m\u00e1s gesti\u00f3n, sino <strong>equilibrando gesti\u00f3n y capacidad de dise\u00f1o<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ember744\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">&#x1f4a1; Transformaci\u00f3n digital e inteligencia artificial<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n:<\/strong>Implementa herramientas y controla el proyecto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pensamiento de dise\u00f1o:<\/strong>Primero entiende qu\u00e9 problema real vas a resolver y para qui\u00e9n; despu\u00e9s prioriza d\u00f3nde la tecnolog\u00eda aporta valor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Idea clave:<\/strong> no empieces por la herramienta, empieza por la necesidad: identifica la fricci\u00f3n que viven clientes y equipos, trad\u00facela en casos de uso acotados y prioriza aquellos con impacto visible en la experiencia y en el negocio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ember746\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">&#x1f91d; Atracci\u00f3n y desarrollo del talento en culturas en tensi\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n:<\/strong>Define pol\u00edticas y comunica decisiones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pensamiento de dise\u00f1o:<\/strong> Escucha, <strong>co-crea<\/strong>y prototipa pr\u00e1cticas que mejoren la experiencia laboral (onboarding, feedback, carrera).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Idea clave:<\/strong> menos normas generales, m\u00e1s soluciones co-dise\u00f1adas y validadas en peque\u00f1o: pr\u00e1cticas sencillas, medibles y f\u00e1ciles de extender cuando demuestran valor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ember748\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">&#x1f9ed; Incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica y necesidad de resiliencia<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n:<\/strong>Reacciona con planes de contingencia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pensamiento de dise\u00f1o:<\/strong> Trabaja en ciclos cortos: formula hip\u00f3tesis, experimenta, <strong>mide aprendizaje<\/strong>y ajusta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Idea clave:<\/strong> planifica menos y aprende m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido: contrasta hip\u00f3tesis con experimentos de bajo riesgo, en segmentos acotados, y toma decisiones con datos para escalar, ajustar o parar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ember750\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">&#x1f331; Sostenibilidad y prop\u00f3sito corporativo<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n:<\/strong>Cumple normas o reportes ESG.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pensamiento de dise\u00f1o:<\/strong> Convierte el prop\u00f3sito en <strong>criterio de dise\u00f1o<\/strong>para priorizar qu\u00e9 hacemos y c\u00f3mo lo hacemos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Idea clave:<\/strong> que el prop\u00f3sito se traduzca en elecciones concretas (materiales, proveedores, log\u00edstica\u2026) y en mensajes muy claros para quienes usan y construyen la soluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"ember752\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">&#x1f680; Reinvenci\u00f3n del modelo de negocio y velocidad estrat\u00e9gica<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n:<\/strong>Planifica el cambio desde la jerarqu\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pensamiento de dise\u00f1o:<\/strong>Explora oportunidades con equipos h\u00edbridos, prototipa r\u00e1pido y escala solo lo que demuestra valor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Idea clave:<\/strong> menos presentaciones y m\u00e1s pruebas peque\u00f1as: equipos multidisciplinares, prototipos r\u00e1pidos y demostraciones peri\u00f3dicas a personas usuarias para decidir con evidencias qu\u00e9 escalar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote id=\"ember754\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__blockquote\"><p><strong>Ya ves, no va de inspiraci\u00f3n; va de estrategia. <\/strong>El pensamiento de dise\u00f1o no es una t\u00e9cnica aislada ni un taller inspirador; es una l\u00f3gica estrat\u00e9gica que desplaza el foco del control &#x1f449;&#x1f3fd; al aprendizaje, de la eficiencia &#x1f449;&#x1f3fd; al significado y del producto &#x1f449;&#x1f3fd; al prop\u00f3sito.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"ember755\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__blockquote\"><p><strong>Cambiar la pregunta cambia los resultados.<\/strong> Quien lidera desde el dise\u00f1o pasa del \u201c\u00bfc\u00f3mo mejoramos lo que ya tenemos?\u201d &#x1f449;&#x1f3fd; al \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 deber\u00eda existir para crear m\u00e1s valor y sentido?\u201d. Este cambio transforma reuniones, conversaciones, decisiones y la relaci\u00f3n con el error.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"ember756\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">En s\u00edntesis:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Los retos actuales no piden solo m\u00e1s gesti\u00f3n, sino <strong>liderazgo<\/strong> <strong>emp\u00e1tico y creativo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>El pensamiento de dise\u00f1o ofrece <strong>una v\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica para navegar la incertidumbre<\/strong> sin perder lo humano.<\/li>\n<li>No se trata de elegir: se trata de <strong>equilibrar<\/strong> \u2014gestionar lo que debe mantenerse y <strong>dise\u00f1ar lo que debe transformarse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>En un mundo que cambia m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que nuestros organigramas, <strong>el valor diferencial de quien lidera est\u00e1 en aprender y redise\u00f1ar continuamente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote id=\"ember758\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__blockquote\"><p>\u201cDesign is too important to be left to designers.\u201d \u2014 Tim Brown, <em>Change by Design<\/em> (2009).
