Es l\u00f3gico que queramos certezas: qu\u00e9 habilidades desarrollar, en qu\u00e9 sectores invertir o c\u00f3mo anticipar los cambios.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember55\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Sin embargo, intentar <strong>\u201cpredecir\u201d<\/strong> el futuro puede ser la estrategia equivocada. En un entorno donde los datos caducan en meses, los modelos se vuelven obsoletos y la disrupci\u00f3n es constante, <strong>la ventaja competitiva ya no est\u00e1 en anticipar, sino en dise\u00f1ar<\/strong>. Ese es el punto de partida del <strong>Future Design<\/strong>: pasar de esperar el futuro a crearlo.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember56\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Estas cinco ideas resumen por qu\u00e9 este cambio de mentalidad resulta crucial para quienes lideran personas y organizaciones.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember57\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">1. La predicci\u00f3n tiene fecha de caducidad<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember58\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ni los modelos m\u00e1s sofisticados ni los analistas m\u00e1s precisos aciertan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de 300-400 d\u00edas. La complejidad del entorno \u2014VUCA, BANI, o simplemente humano\u2014 hace que la planificaci\u00f3n basada solo en tendencias sea fr\u00e1gil. <strong>Planificar carreras o estructuras de talento a 10 a\u00f1os con datos de hoy es como navegar con un mapa de ayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember59\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">2. En la incertidumbre, dise\u00f1ar es m\u00e1s eficaz que predecir<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember68\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Cuanto mayor es la volatilidad, menos \u00fatil resulta la predicci\u00f3n\u2026 y m\u00e1s poderoso el dise\u00f1o.
